The Pool Party Room is available to reserve for parties and events (maximum 20 people per event) during the pool season to Monarch View homeowners only. The air conditioned room includes a refrigerator, sink, and 6-foot folding tables for you to use. It is free to reserve for residents of Monarch View. However, we do require a $100 refundable damage and cleaning deposit.
