Annual homeowner dues invoices are emailed to each household early January and are due January 31st.
2025 Annual Dues: $645
- March 1st Late Fee: $50
- April 1st Late Fee: additional $50 ($100 total)
- May 1st Late Fee: additional $50 ($150 total)
Interest charges also apply to past due accounts. On June 1st, the lien process will begin on past due accounts. The household will no longer have access to the pool and common grounds until full payment including is received. Delinquent homeowners are responsible for attorney fees incurred by Monarch View in collecting a past due debt on their account. These policies are described in further detail in our Declaration of Restrictions.
